If PA is unable to guarantee the requested preparation time, it reserves the right to cancel the order, with refunds provided in such instances.

However, for individual orders, refunds are not available within 1 day (12 hours) prior to the pickup time. For group orders, such as weddings, refunds are not possible from 1 week before the event date. Please understand that once the order is completed, preparation begins immediately, and flowers cannot be stored. However, should significant defects arise, such as freshness issues upon receipt, please indicate your intention to return immediately and promptly return the item. After pickup, refunds are not possible for any reason. Returns are only possible at the time of pickup if issues arise.

PA subscription is a service that delivers fresh and fragrant flowers to your doorstep regularly, adding vitality and fragrance to your home. We offer fresh seasonal flowers delivered directly to you weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
