Ordering Principles

If you desire a special order, please first confirm the design and availability through KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, email, text message, or any other means before making payment. For orders similar to designs available in our shop, you can proceed with payment directly. However, please note that designs are customized to fit the order, considering factors like seasons and flower market conditions.

Personal arrangements such as bouquets, flower boxes, centerpieces, etc., are available for ordering up to 1 days (12h) before the pickup date.

For group reservations like weddings, parties, corporate events, or other gatherings, please complete your order at least 2 weeks in advance.

Orders without guaranteed preparation time may be subject to cancellation. However, if you have urgent reservations, please let us know, and be sure to confirm any cancellation policies.

Please specify the pickup and delivery dates when placing your order. All pickups will be at 10:00 AM(~10:15AM) sharp at Saratoga Safeway (12876 Saratoga Sunnyvale Rd, Saratoga, CA 95070),

while all deliveries will commence from 10:30 AM onwards in sequential order based on location. Please understand that due to traffic conditions, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

For pickups or deliveries outside the designated times or during non-business hours, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Thank you for your understanding.


If you are to receive the delivery yourself : For deliveries to residential addresses, there may be instances where it needs to be left at a safe location or with a neighbor.

Deliveries to businesses, hospitals, or schools typically require leaving it at the reception for actual delivery later. Accurate information is essential.

Surprise Event Gift Delivery : Occasionally, precise delivery requires knowing recipient's phone number and information accurately, and confirmation may be necessary.

For same-day orders and deliveries, please inquire separately about availability.

Deliveries are not typically made during major holidays. If including holidays, it's advisable to place orders 3-5 days in advance, and they should be delivered 1-3 days before the holiday.

Our major holidays include Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, graduation season, and similar occasions

Please allow about 10 minutes before or after pick-up time, just in case.

Regular rates will apply in the future. For deliveries, we prioritize freshness and shape by directly delivering from PetitAmour.

Please secure your delivery reservation as soon as possible, as overlapping delivery reservation times may result in unavailability.

We plan to expand our delivery service to more areas after May. When making reservations, please ensure to confirm the pickup and delivery dates, locations, and times in advance.
For other areas not listed, please contact us to confirm delivery availability and shipping costs before placing your order.

Refund Policy

All products from PetiteAmour are crafted using real flowers. As they are tailored to each order, flowers are prepared separately. Flowers cannot be stored, and once preparation begins, cancellation or changes may be difficult.

For individual orders : Cancellation or changes are possible within 1 days (24 hours) . Afterward, refunds for cancellations are not possible.

Group orders or events : Cancellations or changes are possible up to one week before the event, but deposits will not be refunded thereafter.

Quality issues : Refunds based on flower designs are not possible. When ordering special flowers, please ensure to provide sufficient input. Requests for cancellation and refunds due to freshness issues or defects will be handled upon pickup. Returns afterward are not possible.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us first via email or phone (message). Providing reasons and relevant information will enable us to expedite the process. Refund procedures may vary depending on the payment method and typically take a few business days from the payment date for processing.
